Benjamin F. Clifton, Jr. and Richard G. Singer, both graduates of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, started Clifton & Singer, L.L.P. in 1978. After leaving larger firms over 27 years ago, Mr. Clifton and Mr. Singer decided they could protect clients’ rights better in a small firm environment. They felt that together, in a small firm, they could give clients the personal care and attention they deserved.
